We store most information about you in computer systems and databases (including cloud service providers) operated by either us or our external service providers. No information about you is recorded in paper files and physical storage

We may disclose your Personal Information to recipients which are located overseas.

Those recipients are likely to be our staff in our related companies, our overseas contractors, and consultants. The Markinson business is located in Australia or New Zealand, but our partner providers (such as Amazon Web Services) are located in multiple countries. Depending on the scope of your interactions with us or our customers your Personal Information maybe stored in (and possibly accessed from) other countries, including the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada. Whenever we transfer Personal Information to another jurisdiction, we will ensure the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws.
